When you book a repair, leave a device with us or create a customer account, we process:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number and postcode.
• Repair details: the device's make and model, the fault you describe, the quote and the repair history.
• The device's unlock code, only if you give it to us, so that we can test it.
• If you create an account, your email address and a password, which we store encrypted.

Simply browsing this website gives us no personal data about you.

• Diagnosing, quoting for, repairing and returning your device.
• Managing appointments and letting you know how the repair is going.
• Showing you the status of your repairs in your customer account.
• Meeting our accounting and tax obligations.

We don't use your data to send you advertising or to build profiles.

We process your data to provide the repair service you ask for, including the prior quote or appointment (article 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), and to meet our legal obligations as a business (article 6.1.c GDPR).

We keep your data while the repair lasts and while you have a customer account. After that we keep it only as long as the law requires, such as the six years the Spanish Commercial Code sets for accounting records, and then we delete it.

We don't sell or hand over your data. We only disclose it to public authorities when the law requires it.

Providers of technical services to us, such as website hosting and email, may have access to it solely to provide that service, under a contract that obliges them to protect it. If a provider processes it outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to mesphonenavas@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es (opens in a new tab)).

The public pages of this website use no cookies and load nothing from third parties: fonts and images are served from our own server.

The customer area only uses the technical cookies strictly needed to keep you signed in and protect forms. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser also remembers whether you prefer the light or dark theme.
